We accept online orders 24/7. Representative hours are Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Orders are generally processed the next business day. Please be patient as we work to get your items to you.
All items are handcrafted. Please ensure you provide a correct and current shipping address at checkout. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once your order ships.
Please note that delivery windows do not include order processing time, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Express shipping applies to transit time only; we reserve up to two business days for order processing.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our tools are personal-use items, all returns and exchanges are subject to the terms below.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are offered on tools only
• Tools must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged
• The original tool must be returned before an exchange is issued
• A $6 exchange processing fee is required to cover return handling and reshipment
• Once the returned tool is received and inspected, the replacement will be issuedReturns for Refund
• Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery only
• Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged
• A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, handling, and processing

• Tools that have been altered, opened, bent, adjusted, or damaged

Coupons
Occasionally, we send promotional offers to customers who subscribe to our mailing list. Coupons do not apply to the NappyLocs Tool, the Complete Kit, or any kit that includes the NappyLocs Tool or NappyLocs Book.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or taxes assessed by their country. International orders may take several weeks to arrive depending on customs processing.
