We make every effort to deliver these hand crafted items to you so please help us by providing a correct current address.  Your product will ship within 5 business days of your order placement by priority signature confirmed mail. Please look for your shipping confirmation emails. All items are sent priority US mail unless you purchase the Express service. Please note the priority mail delivery window does not include the time it takes to process your order. Also note, USPS Priority delivery dates are not guaranteed. Express service does guarantee the delivery window, however we do reserve 5 business days for us to process your order. The BEST way to reach us is by email: info@nappynhappy.com.

Returns & Replacements
We do not offer a refund or exchange on these personal use items. Refused items, items with wrong addresses,or moved addressees etc.-bad faith orders- will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order so that we can make adjustments before your product is shipped.
Coupons
On occasion we will send out special promotional offers to customers that subscribe to our mailing list. Coupons will not apply to the Nappylocs tool or the Complete Kit that includes the Nappylocs Tool or Nappylocs Book. 
International Orders
Please note that international buyers are responsible for all Customs Duty or VAT Taxes assessed by their country. It is also important to consider that international orders may take several weeks to arrive depending on how long they are held in customs.
